The 1 Hour Practice Routine 🎸

We’re going to have a bit of a different approach for the 1 Hour Practice Routine. Since we have a large chunk of time we can break this one down by Subjects. You can break this down however you’d like. If you prefer to sit down for the full hour, great! Or you might want to do 15 minutes at a time throughout the day when you can. Both are effective in their own way!

Here are a few examples:

  • 15 Minutes - Rhythm Techniques/Strumming

  • 15 Minutes - Reviewing Previous Songs

  • 15 Minutes - Improv Soloing

  • 15 Minutes - Music Theory/Ear Training

  • 30 Minutes - Learning a New Song

  • 5 Minutes - Memorizing the Notes on the Fretboard

  • 15 Minutes - Songwriting

  • 10 Minutes - Scales and Soloing
