Now it’s time to choose the amount of time you want to practice! Click the option below that works best for you. And come back to this page if needed!
As mentioned in the previous lesson, if you’re feeling like you don’t have enough time to practice guitar then choose the 5 Minute Practice Routine so you can find out how to make the most out of a small-time limit!
Choose any of the practice times based on your schedule. And make it an easy win! Within each of the practice routines, I’ve divided up the amount of time into manageable pieces. And each routine focuses on something different. I hope we can check out all of them and choose the one that works best for you!
You are always welcome to come back to this page and modify the amount of time you practice! This is simply a guide to help us along the way. If we usually practice for 1 hour, but today is a bit crazy and we’ve only got 15 minutes, then choose 15 minutes for today!
Practicing for 15 minutes is WAY better than no practice at all. It’s more about keeping your memory fresh and keeping your fingers moving so you don’t feel like things are moving backward the next time you pick up the guitar! Again, we want to keep the habit!
Off we go!
